Early in my career, my business collapsed and I had to reroute. What made it worse wasn't the loss — it was the noise. Everyone in my life had an opinion about what I should do next. They all meant well. Every one of them made it harder to think.
The breakthrough didn't come from better advice. It came when I finally cut all of it out. Once the noise stopped, I could hear clearly — my own thinking, and the leading of the Holy Spirit. From that quiet place I made one solid decision, and it set me on the path through three career transitions.
That's why I built Rerouted. I serve as a Minister of the Gospel, and that shapes everything here: the theology is sound, scripture is handled with reverence, and the process is built on how God actually moves in people willing to get quiet enough to hear Him.
